Each year Southern Cross hosts special events that bring guest speakers/activities that lift our faith to new levels, understanding and relationship with God.
LIFE Week. 4-12 September 2010
Southern Cross Ministries presents LIFE week with activities for all the family including our Family Fun Day (Sat 4 Sept) - food, games, music, jumping castle and lots more. The Laughter Workshop on Wed 8 Sept will be a real hoot and the Cooking Workshop on Sat 11 Sept includes a gourmet demonstration with French flavours and tastings. Young children and their parents/caregivers join together for a fun, thirty minute music session, then afterwards enjoy snacks and refreshments in a relaxed setting. mainly muisc is an activity you and your child can participate in from birth to school age.
FLOWERS ON GLENFERRIE
As part of our outreach into the local community we distribute gifts of flowers and easter eggs to shoppers on Glenferrie Road, Malvern.
FAMILY FUN DAYS
Recent Family Events have included a Kid's Fun Day and Talent Quest, A Family Pot Luck Dinner and regular picnics in Caulfield Park.
